How do I reserve the date?
Reserving the date is simple! Dates are held by contract only and on a first come, first serve basis. Just let me know you'd like a contract, I email it over and ask that you fax it back! Once the contract is received back, the date is yours! No deposit necessary!
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your contract without any penalties if you are outside of 90 days before your wedding. If you are within 90 days of your wedding, half of the service fee would be due at the time of cancellation.
Where are trials offered?
I hold trials at my in-home studio in Nottingham, MD (21236). Trials are offered weekdays only by appointment.
When should we meet for a trial? What should I bring?
Typically, I suggest meeting 1-2 months prior to the wedding date. You should bring inspiration pictures of hair you like as well as your hair accessories (veil, tiara, jewels, etc., even earrings) to the trial; this way you see the finished look together!
Can my mom/grandmother/aunt schedule a trial?
I offer trials to anyone interested! Prices are $90 per person for a hair trial.
Can I do a trial before signing a contract?
Yes, I am happy to meet with you for a trial before you sign a contract. However, please keep in mind this means your date is not secured without a signed contract.
Do I need to bring my own pins for hair services?
I supply all the necessary products (bobby pins, hair sprays, smoothing creams, etc.) on the wedding day. If you have accessories to embellish your style, like jewels or flowers, please bring them with you. I will put them in for you!
Can you put in hair extensions?
Yes, if a bride would like to have clip in extensions put in, that is included in the cost! I do not supply the extensions; make sure they are real hair and come with clips already attached. If anyone else in your party would like to add extensions, there is a small fee for adding them in the style.
How many people can you accommodate on the wedding day?
I can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on the wedding day. If you have a larger party, I can look into bringing another highly qualified artist with me! There would be a $125 assistant fee.
How long does it take per person on the wedding day?
I allot 30 minutes per person and about one hour for the bride! Since I get to do this every weekend, this timing is pretty exact : )
I also incorporate a 15 minute set-up time before starting the first client.
What type of payment is acceptable?
I accept cash or check. Credit cards are not accepted.
Does Baltimore Bridal offer makeup services?
Baltimore Bridal Hair does not offer makeup services; however, I am happy to offer referrals! See below : )
